[personal profile] threemeninaboat's brakes are squeaking a lot. I was going to take off the wheels and check the brake pads and see how they were doing, right up until I realized that her fancy racing car has fancy racing car wheels with fancy racing car theft-resistant lug nuts and I have nothing that can remove them.
Anyone have any ideas how to track down a lug wrench for custom-sized-and-contoured lug nuts?
Like this: Anyone know a lug wrench that fits these?

Call Subaru first. Those don't look like Subie standard anti-theft bolts (at least as of 2005 when I bought my WRX).

They aren't. After some shenanigans, we found that the correct tool was in a bag in the trunk, under the stock lug nuts, which themselves were four standard ones and one anti-theft one, that also had an extractor tool in the bag. I looked in the bag but didn't spot the one that fit these. (And irritatingly, it doesn't actually work with a manual lug wrench: it needs an impact wrench. A manual lug wrench will slip the socket around to the next set of depressions.)
